By accessing or using moonhood.fun (the "Site") or any services provided by Monhood (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Monhood provides a self-hosted meme coin monitoring and AI scoring tool that displays publicly available on-chain data across Robinhood Chain, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and Base. The hosted website at moonhood.fun provides informational content, an interactive demo, and access to a live dashboard authenticated via MetaMask wallet.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
4. Wallet Authentication
Access to the dashboard requires connecting a compatible Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask). By connecting your wallet, you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner or authorised user of the wallet.
- You understand that we will request a signature solely for authentication purposes and that no transaction, fund transfer, or smart contract interaction will be initiated by us.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without prior written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service in a manner that could impair, disrupt, or overburden our infrastructure.
- Misrepresent the source of any data obtained through the Service.
6. No Financial Advice
AI scores, token rankings, and all other data displayed on Monhood are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance of any token is not indicative of future results. Meme coins are highly speculative assets with extreme risk of total loss. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any investment decision.
7. Third-Party Data
The Service aggregates publicly available on-chain data from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party data or for any decisions made based on it.
8. Intellectual Property
The source code of the self-hosted scanner is available under the MIT License as stated in the repository. The Monhood brand name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Monhood and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of funds, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monhood and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
